In short

Product Pieces' Engineering Piece, delivered through its Atomise partnership, led the technical and functional delivery of Fidelity International's new UK Wealth platform, de-risking a go-live for over 1 million accounts and launching a new brokerage proposition.

The brief.

Fidelity International entrusted the team (delivered through the Engineering Piece, our named partnership with Atomise) to lead the technical and functional delivery behind their new UK Wealth platform, supporting over one million accounts. The mandate was to bring a groundbreaking brokerage proposition to market on a platform customers already trusted.

The challenge.

A migration at this scale is mostly downside. Get it wrong and you damage a million customer relationships and a regulated brand overnight. The work wasn't only to build new functionality. It was to de-risk the path to live so a new proposition could launch on schedule without a single account falling through the gap.

What we delivered.

The Engineering Piece led the technical and functional teams through the migration end to end: systems integration, cloud and infrastructure, regulatory alignment and platform scalability. We de-risked the go-live path for the full account base, built new brokerage functionality to enable the new market proposition, and delivered advanced cash-handling for a frictionless investment experience.

De-risking a go-live for over a million accounts — without breaking the relationships behind them.

The result.

A seamless, secure migration with a de-risked go-live for over one million accounts. New brokerage functionality live, enabling a new market proposition for customers. Advanced cash-handling delivered frictionless investments and a measurably better customer experience. On a regulated platform, on schedule.
