The Founder's Scorecard · free

How solid is your startup, really?

Ten fundamentals decide whether a startup compounds into a business or quietly runs out of road. Score yours honestly, and get tailored suggestions on where to focus next. It takes about five minutes.

Built by Alex Feltwell, who led the £10m Fidelity programme at Bravura (the UK's largest wealth migration) and founded Atomise, the UK's number one company on the Clutch 100 in 2025. It's the read he gives founders before they spend money they don't have.

How it works

Rate your startup on each of the ten, from 1 (not there yet) to 5 (nailed it). Every one shows you what a 1–2, a 3 and a 4–5 look like, with an example, so you can be honest with yourself. When you are done, you get your score, your single biggest risk, and a focused set of suggestions on what to work on first. Be candid: this is most useful when you mark yourself down. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to, and your progress is saved on this device so you can come back to it.
