In short

Product Pieces turned Patrons Nest's fan-engagement idea into an investor-ready prototype: engagement widgets, a revenue calculator and embedded expressions of interest, built to prove the concept and accelerate funding. Rated 5.0 on Clutch.

The brief.

Patrons Nest came with a bold idea: reinvent fan engagement through a digital voting platform that rewards participation and fuels club revenue. They needed to prove it, to investors and to clubs, before committing to a full build. Delivered through the Prototype Piece and our Atomise partnership.

The challenge.

This couldn't be a throwaway clickable mock-up. It had to be a strategic proof of concept — real enough to show clubs the revenue on the table and credible enough to move investors. And it had to come back with something tangible: signed intent, not warm words.

What we delivered.

We designed and built an immersive demo experience: engagement widgets and a seamless supporter-conversion funnel, a revenue calculator that turned abstract ROI into the real figures a club would earn from supporter sign-ups, and embedded electronic expressions of interest so clubs could commit with real investment intent.

They deserve full credit for making this process seamless and deeply collaborative.

The result.

A strategic proof of concept built to wow investors and clubs alike — projecting revenue potential and collecting signed expressions of interest to accelerate funding. Exactly the spend-less, learn-fast move we argue for in N°41 of The Read: prove it cheaply before you fund the full build.
