In short

After SS&C's acquisition of Hubwise stalled delivery, Product Pieces' Engineering Piece automated the build-and-release pipeline and stood up governance. This cut release cycles from four days to a single click and increased AUM inflows. Rated 5.0 on Clutch.

The brief.

Following its acquisition into the SS&C family, Hubwise faced mounting cultural, process and technology bottlenecks. Key individuals had exited, and the team was struggling to maintain momentum on critical wealth-platform projects. The ask, delivered through the Engineering Piece (our Atomise partnership): stabilise delivery, then transform it.

The challenge.

Releases took four days and the process lived in people's heads — exactly the people who were leaving. Without a dependable pipeline or visible governance, every release was a risk and every stakeholder conversation was a guess. Momentum on the projects that grew AUM had quietly stalled.

What we delivered.

We combined technical excellence with a delivery-first, people-centric approach. Not just to stabilise, but to transform. We automated the build and release process (manual to CI/CD), created transparent SDLC processes with dashboards that gave stakeholders genuine confidence, and took charge of critical customer projects to drive business value.

Atomise is always responsive to our needs and steps in whenever we need them.
